Financial Need: None

Post Secondary Type of School: 4 year university, community college or vocational college

Specific Requirements for Applying: Every other year the scholarship will alternate between a student at Florin High School and a student at Monterery Trail High School. This year the scholarship will go to Monterey Trail High School student.

Attendance Requirement: Full-Time Student

Required Participation in School Activities: Yes

Required Participation in Community Activities: Yes

Additional Qualifications: The applicant needs to attach a letter to the application that explains the following: By Improving academic performance from 9-12th grade, student has increased focus and desire. Through involvement in extracurricular activity, student has established leadership qualities and by being involved in program to help others, student has demonstrated sustained commitment. He or she has overcome some adversity, hardship or barrier to success; I.e. learning disability or family hardship.
